The musical performing company MesèMes, based in Barcelona, is formed by its founder Montse Solà and Adriana Aranda, both lyrical singers specialized in contemporary music.

MesèMes is born out of the concern for a capella vocal contemporary music and for its development on stage, with a signature of social commitment, seeking exploration of the new sounds and languages both as a single entity as well as through multidisciplinary work.

Silenci, es violenta (2016) performed at Antic Teatre Espai de Creació and Centre Cívic Drassanes, became later Silenci, violència: Acció! (2018) performed at Auditori de Terrassa, including a premiered piece composed specially for the project by Sergio Fidemraizer. The entire creation process has been directed by Francesc Nel·lo, leading figures of Catalan theater.

Repertoire includes many works by Georges Aperghis, John Cage, Pascal Dusapin, Mauricio Kagel, Kaija Saariaho, Giacinto Scelsi and Karlheinz Stockhausen.

They are currently working in two new projects:
